I created this layout for the Technique Challenge over at GingerScraps. For February's challenge we were to create a layout using a picture that goes out of bounds. My oob picture is subtle, but you can just see my brother's head peeking above the frame. You can also see the date strips tucked behind my sister-in-law's dress. Keep an eye open over at Blue Heart Scraps...I created a QP from this layout and the word art for freebies on her blog!!
